The ZiuZ IRIS significantly reduces DAA packing errors – to as little as 1.33 sachets per million, by analysing 13 different parameters such as shape, size and colour.
The IRIS takes a digital image of each sachet, and employs advanced visual intelligence technology to analyse the contents. Errors are identified on screen and can be reviewed and corrected by the pharmacist, and images are saved in a central storage for easy retrieval.
Taking up the space of a desktop printer, this compact model is ideal for pharmacies with space restraints.

The ZiuZ ApolloZ significantly reduces DAA packing errors – to as little as 1.33 sachets per million, by analysing 13 different parameters such as shape, size, colour and number.The ApolloZ includeds dual CMOS camers to takea digital image of the front and back of each sachet, and uses advanced visual intelligence technology to analyse the contents. Errors are identified on screen for the pharmacist to review and correct, images are saved in a central storage for easy retrieval.
The ApolloZ maximises production speed with up to 8,000 sachets per hour including taking into consideration run time, cutting, rolling, batch and reel switching, etc.,
