As a Founder and Chief Information Officer at BESTMED, Jay is responsible for leading the development of the BESTMED suite of products and driving the technical vision of the organisation. His dedication to continuous improvement has led BESTMED to achieve ISO 27001 for Information Security Management Systems ensuring unparalleled data security and trust. With 30 years of industry experience in technology strategy and development, Jay holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science alongside co-authoring two books in the IBM Redbook series. Jay’s leadership at BESTMED is characterised by a forward-thinking approach and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His strategic vision not only positions BESTMED as a leader in the healthcare technology industry but also as a company that prioritizes security, innovation, and the continuous improvement of its product offerings.
