Biography

Phil Offer is the Chief Executive Officer at BESTMED. For over a decade he has held executive roles within the digital health in primary care software (MedicalDirector), chronic disease management (George Institute for Global Health) and telehealth (My Emergency Doctor). At BESTMED, he has led the growth in the organisation to reach over 1,000 aged care homes and expand into Home Care, NDIS and Community patients.

With a vision to transform medication management for patients by connecting prescribers, pharmacies and providers, Phil is passionate about enabling his teams to deeply understand the customer and find sustainable ways to improve the way they work. Phil is a Chartered Accountant (UK), has a Master of Arts from Cambridge University and is a Non-Executive Director of the animal telehealth firm VetChat.
